Monteverdi and the Baroque Theatre

Monteverdi and the Baroque Theatre was the title of a conference held November 25 2007 at Hofteatret in The Theatre Museum in Copenhagen, in conjunction with three performances of Monteverdi's opera L'Orfeo at the same venue. Speakers were:

• Bent Holm - dr. phil. Theatre Science, Copenhagen University

• Lise Grosen Rasmussen - cand. mag. in italian language and medieval history

• Magnus Tessing Schneider - ph.d., Aarhus University

• Jette Barnholdt Hansen - cand. mag, post. doc. Copenhagen University

This was the first event arranged entirely by the Nordic Network.
